1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and FloPDF. By visiting our website, creating an account, or using any FloPDF tool, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use FloPDF for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. The FloPDF service
FloPDF provides browser-based tools for merging, splitting, compressing, converting, editing, signing, organizing, and protecting documents. We may add, change, or retire tools as the product evolves while taking reasonable care to avoid disrupting active processing.
Our tools are provided for general document workflows. You are responsible for checking the output before relying on it for legal, financial, regulatory, or business-critical decisions.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and documents you have permission to process.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, overload our systems, or interfere with another user’s access.
- Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
3. Accounts and security
Some features may require an account. Keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it resulted from our failure to use reasonable security measures.
We may suspend or limit access where we reasonably believe an account is being abused, compromised, or used in violation of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
4. Your files and content
You retain ownership of files you upload and results you create. You give FloPDF only the limited permission needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the requested service. We do not claim ownership of your documents.
You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload and process your files. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important originals and results.
5. Plans, payments, and refunds
FloPDF tools may be available for free, with optional paid plans that can remove advertising or unlock plan-specific features. Prices, billing periods, and included features are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and we do not store full card numbers.
Subscriptions renew according to the plan selected until canceled. You can manage eligible subscriptions through your account or by contacting support. Refund requests are reviewed under the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
6. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep FloPDF fast and available, but no online service is uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, browser limitations, network failures, and third-party dependencies may affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloPDF is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloPDF and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
You agree to defend and hold FloPDF harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

We may update these terms when our service, legal obligations, or business practices change. We will post the revised version and update the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
